Undergraduate research assistants in the BEAR Lab work on research projects and gain relevant experience designed to provide professional/scientific development and prepare students to apply for graduate school.
We carefully consider each applicant’s qualifications and interests and prioritize students who possess strong interpersonal skills, maintain professionalism, and have adequate availability for the lab. We seek candidates who are interested in the fields of neuroscience, epigenetics, data science, and psychology. Due to the training required for our lab, we expect a minimum commitment of 3 semesters from new students.
