- Our developmental studies explore the genomic and environmental factors that influence child and adolescent brain growth and mental health.
- Our psychedelic studies explore genomic and neurobiological mechanisms underlying the effects of ketamine, psilocybin, and MDMA/ecstasy.

Why is my donation important?
Currently, there are very few opportunities to receive federal funding for Psychedelic studies. Unfortunately, our work is limited to what we can afford. Because of this, a contribution to psychedelic research at The BEAR Lab will directly help advance this field.
What will my donation be used for?
Your donation will go directly to supporting any of our ongoing research projects. You can let us know if you would like to support a particular type of project, otherwise donations will support the Psychedelic Genome Project.
What will I receive for my donation?
- For every $30 donated, you are eligible to receive a BEAR Lab t-shirt!
- For every $20 donated, you are eligible to receive a piece of Alyssa’s Psychedelic artwork!
